This menu allows you alter the view of the client program

Selecting this will refresh the treeview with the Enterprise view.
If you are already in the Enterprise view the Unsaved batch file directory is rescanned to see if there are any new batch files which can be analysed.
If you are in a the Database view the database you a currently viewing will be Unsaved first/ If it is an unsaved batch file you will be asked if you wish to save it.

Selecting this menu option will initiate a form which will allow you to jump to a specified structure in the treeview.
You are presented with a list of structures names, structure numbers and structure type from which you select which structure you wish to view. Initially the list is Alphabetical order but the order can be changed by clicking on the column title bar of each column.
There is the choice of the three views that the Structure can view in:- Description File, Control File or Data File view.
To jump to a particular structure you click the structure to select it and then click Go. Alternately you may double click the structure in the list to jump straight to the desired view.

The Data Display Options allow you to select how the Data Display Information is selected. When a Data Display graphic is selected the Display pointer is positioned under that display graphic.
There are three options available to help you analyse your information.

You may change the Data Display Options by selecting the View/Data Display Graphics menu.
Display Pointer Method
Additionally you may either right click the Display Pointer ()
to display a popup menu to select which option you require or you may left click
the Display Pointer to cycle through the three display options.
The Tree View is used to represent the Enterprise View and Database Views for your company.
The tree view interface works by Clicking items on the treeview which are depicted by icons. The client program will then display information on the right hand side based upon the item selected in the treeview. You may change the tree view style to your preference.
Double clicking an item in the tree view will cause the item to expand if there are any children for that item.
In the certain contexts you may use the Right Click function to display a menu for controlling the tree view and to navigate to other parts of the tree view.
The tree view style options allow you to define style of display for the treeview. This configures the graphics displayed around the items in the tree view.
The options are:-
Nothing
Crosses only
Lines only
Crosses and Lines
This option allows you to specify the amount of the client display that the tree view takes up. The possible options are :-
30%, 50% and 100%
